Operations Analyst
As the Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the transactional operations of the company run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will focus around managing client transactions in a timely and effective manner, reconciling transactions throughout each step of the money movement flow, building and optimizing financial processes, and working towards automating various aspects of our operations.

- Transaction execution: execute and oversee client transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance within our SLA’s
- Reconciliation of client accounts: ensure that transactions are being created and tracked appropriately
- Process building: develop and enhance financial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset: bring a proactive and creative approach to solving financial challenges and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ad hoc support: collaborate with different members within Conduit, providing financial insights and support as needed
- Special projects: lead and participate in special financial projects to support the company's strategic goals and initiatives
About you:
- Payments experience and understanding: experience interacting with banking interfaces and money movement applications
- Basic accounting knowledge: experience in an accounting capacity is preferred
- Adaptability: appreciation for handling occasional clutter in financial operations
- Reliability and punctuality: consistency and responsiveness within business hours
- Zero defect: attention to detail and meticulous review of your work to ensure accuracy in transactions
- Team-first mindset: commitment to teamwork and collaborative spiritGrit and dedication: hyper-dependability and dedication to working independentlyAvailability: ability to work within Eastern Time is required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation

- Experience in financial operations and transaction management
